This role provides specialist debt and money advice to clients across South West London through a range of channels including face-to-face appointments, telephone, video, email and outreach services. The postholder will manage a varied caseload covering complex debt matters such as rent and mortgage arrears, bankruptcy and consumer credit issues, while also supporting income maximisation and identifying wider social welfare needs. Working as part of the Money Advice Team, the role involves meeting performance and quality standards set by Debt Free Advice, maintaining accurate case records through Advice Pro, contributing to reporting and service development, and supporting volunteers through supervision and training. The postholder will also participate in outreach, partnership working, staff training and social policy work, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and contributing to the wider work and objectives of South West London Law Centres.
