Our Youth Hub is an emergency accommodation project delivered in partnership with Depaul UK, providing support to young people who are rough sleeping or on the verge of doing so. We have just reached the end of a successful pilot stage and are due to be rolling out the project for a further 2 years and 9 months at a new site. We require two new members of staff to deliver the project in partnership with Depaul. The two Advice Workers will work within the New Horizon Housing Team to deliver an effective advice service to young people accessing the Youth Hub and be responsible for moving them into longer-term accommodation. We are looking for creative, motivated and approachable individuals to support our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life that is safe, full of health and opportunity, and in a home that they deserve.  You should be experienced in delivering specialist housing advice services within the youth and community or another relevant sector, managing a caselist of clients with multiple complex needs, and have a proven track record of progressing vulnerable people into stable accommodation.  You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work productively alongside the project delivery partners and other key stakeholders in order to increase accommodation options and secure positive outcomes for young people. Please note, this role is fixed term for 2 Years and 9 months. You will be required to work regularly from the Youth Hub as well as our main day centre in Camden and from home.
