Job description:

The Discrimination and Hate Caseworker will provide high quality advice, dealing with cases from our core service tackling discrimination, inequality and hate, through to representing EQuIP at external partnership meetings and by delivering training to relevant groups & stakeholders. This role would suit an experienced caseworker or someone with a law degree or someone with a keen interest in issues related to equality and discrimination. We have a reputation of developing careers and will work with you to becoming self-supervising, if you are not already working at this level.
We are offering a full time 37.5 hours a week role with opportunity for flexible working in a collaborative workspace in Warwickshire.

Key responsibilities include; advise and assist clients through appointments, surgeries and telephone advice; discrimination in employment, accessing goods and services, education, health etc. properly manage casework records, regular reporting and lead the coordination & implementation of professional accreditation for the service.
